Job summary

Derbyshire County Council's Amber Valley South Adult Social Work Team is seeking three permanent full-time Social Workers to join a busy, supportive and ambitious team committed to delivering person-centred services to adults and their families. Amber Valley South is fast-paced, expanding practice area with strong collaboration across partners and a clear focus on reflective practice and wellbeing.

• Hold a recognised Social Work qualification and be registered with Social Work England.
• Sound understanding of Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005 and safeguarding guidance.

• Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.

About The Role

You will work with adults who require support to maintain their independence, improve their wellbeing and achieve their personal outcomes.
