Job summary

Herefordshire Council is seeking an experienced Social Worker (Adult Social Care) to join Herefordshire Community Wellbeing in Leominster. The role offers 37 hours, a salary of £36,363 to £40,777 plus a £3,000 welcome payment, and a flexible, supportive environment.

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Is a registered Social Worker with Social Work England and holds a qualifying degree.
• Has a deep understanding of current legislation and its real-world impact.
• Possesses the drive to potentially pursue qualifications in Practice Education, Best Interest Assessor, and/or Approved Mental Health Professional.
• Collaborates effectively with external agencies to build strong partnerships.
• Holds a full, clean driving license and is ready to explore our vibrant county.

• A track record of effective, person-centred assessment and care management.
