About the Role:
We are recruiting for the role of a Team Manager within our Support and Intervention Team for Warwick Family Help covering Warwick on a full time / permanent basis.
The Family Help Team are based at Myton Park, Warwick.
We are seeking a dedicated Team Manager who is wanting to progress. You will have direct strategic and operational responsibility.
You will be responsible for the supervision of at least 8 Social Workers. If you join our team, you will see that we are a busy, energetic and highly rewarding team to work for with a dedicated staff group whose passion is to capture and represent the voice of young people in all that we do and ensure that they are central to all decisions regarding their lives.
This role is pivotal in leading a team of Social Workers, Family Practitioners and Family Support Workers who provide critical support to Warwick Family Help.

Key Requirements:
Working hours – 37 hrs per week, with agile and flexible working options generally worked from 9am till 5.30 pm Monday – Thursday and 9am to 5pm on Fridays.
Applicants for the role will need a professional Social Work qualification and Social Work England Registration.
