We are inviting applications for the role of Social Work Assistant in CSS Court Teams. Successful candidates will work alongside a small team of social workers, guided by a team manager, delivering direct support to families and children, supporting family time, and collaborating on parenting assessments.
This varied role involves working face-to-face with children aged 0 to 18. You should be creative, empathetic, and a good communicator with excellent social interaction skills. You will assist with evidenced-based assessments and will be supported through regular supervision and access to learning and development services.
You will also collaborate with key partner agencies to ensure families have access to universal support packages.
