Applications are invited for the role of Social Work Assistant in CSS Court Teams If you are successful in your application, you will be working alongside a small group of social workers, guided by a team manager, delivering direct work and support to families and children, supporting family time and working closely with social workers in completing parenting assessments.
This is a varied role and no two days will be the same. You will enjoy working face to face with children from the age of 0 to 18, you will be creative, empathetic and a good communicator. You will have excellent skills in social interaction and be able to assist with evidenced based assessments. You will be supported in your role through the offer of regular supervision and access to an access learning and development service
You will also work alongside key partner agencies to ensure universal packages of support are available to families.
We currently have one full time post 37 hours per week and one part time post 18.5 hours per week.
