Job summary

M Group is seeking a Social Value Manager to lead the development and delivery of social value initiatives across our contracts. You will work with operations, clients and partners to align with ESG goals, tender commitments and local priorities.

You will drive measurable outcomes, monitor KPIs, and produce transparent impact reporting, while building strong relationships with stakeholders and driving continuous improvement across the business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering social value, community engagement, ESG or social impact programmes.
• Strong understanding of social value in public sector, procurement and contractual environments.
• Experience contributing to bids and tender responses, developing measurable social value commitments.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver our social value approach.
• Collaborate with operational teams, clients and partners to develop initiatives meeting local priorities.
• Lead social value responses for bids and tenders with measurable commitments.
• Oversee delivery of contractual social value commitments across programmes and contracts.
• Monitor KPIs and report outcomes with clear evidence.
• Produce social value and impact reports.
