Job summary

Clearline Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a Social Value Coordinator to join a leading global healthcare organisation on a 12-month contract in Burgess Hill. The role blends project coordination, data analysis and stakeholder engagement, with hybrid working and in-office workshops as needed.

You will support Social Value commitments, track NHS tender / contract requirements and develop impact summaries using dashboards and tools.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant Social Value experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience in Social Value, sustainability or related area.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• Experience collecting, validating and analysing data from multiple sources.
• Experience monitoring outcomes and contracts.
• Comfortable using dashboards and reporting tools.
• Understanding of UK public-sector procurement and National TOMs desirable.
• Social Value Portal experience advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
• Comfortable using digital and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of Social Value projects and commitments.
• Support the adoption of internal Social Value guidelines across teams.
• Track Social Value commitments included within NHS tenders and contracts.
• Coordinate strategic volunteering initiatives and employee engagement.
• Support charity sponsorship agreements, approvals and payments.
• Lead the collection, validation and analysis of data for the annual Social Value Impact Report.
• Monitor progress against Social Value action plans and contractual commitments.
• Use analytical tools and dashboards to track performance.
• Develop clear Social Value impact summaries for customers.
• Coordinate stakeholders, actions, timelines and dependencies.
