Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Social Value Project Coordinator to join a pharmaceutical client in Burgess Hill. The role focuses on delivering social value initiatives, data reporting, and stakeholder management in a hybrid setup (3 days in office per week). 12-month duration with day rates of £220-£260 PAYE or £340 LTD/UMB.

The role emphasises collaboration, data-driven decision making, and engagement across teams to drive social impact and healthcare outcomes.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in social value, sustainability, or community impact.
• Knowledge of UK public-sector procurement and frameworks like National TOMs.
• Proficiency in collecting, validating, and analysing data to generate insights.
• Experience with dashboards and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate adoption of Social Value guidelines across teams.
• Track Social Value commitments in NHS tenders and contracts.
• Drive employee engagement through strategic volunteering initiatives.
• Support charity sponsorship agreements, approvals, and payments.
• Maintain a central site with repositories, guidance materials, and communications.
• Lead end-to-end data collection, validation, analysis and coordination for the annual Social Value Impact Report.
• Monitor progress against action plans and contractual commitments using dashboards.
• Develop tailored and standardised Social Value impact summaries for customers.
