Job summary

Talentmark Limited is recruiting a Social Value Analyst on a 12-month contract in the pharmaceutical sector. The role is hybrid, based in Burgess Hill with in-office workshops.

You will work across teams to understand and quantify social value, track NHS tenders, organise volunteering, support charity sponsorships, and produce the annual Social Value Impact Report using dashboards and data insights. Entitlement to work in the UK is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree and 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in social value, sustainability, or community impact; knowledge of UK public sector procurement and National TOMs is a plus.
• Strong data skills with ability to derive insights, not just record data.
• Ability to manage projects end-to-end, coordinating actions and deadlines.
• Clear communication and ability to build relationships; comfortable with digital and AI tools.

Responsibilities

Talentmark are recruiting for a Social Value Analyst to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 12 months, with potential for extension. This role is hybrid, based in Burgess Hill, with in-office attendance for workshops.

Our client is one of the world's premier innovative biopharmaceutical companies, discovering, developing and providing over 160 different medicines, vaccines and consumer healthcare products.

Salary

£220 to £260 per day PAYE, or £291.36 to £344.34 per day Umbrella/Ltd.

Social Value Analyst Role

• Work with teams across the business so that everyone understands their part in delivering social value.


• Track and coordinate the social value promises made in NHS tenders and contracts.


• Organise volunteering activities and encourage more colleagues to take part.


• Support charity sponsorship agreements, approvals and payments.


• Collect, check and analyse data to produce the annual Social Value Impact Report.


• Track progress against action plans and contract promises using dashboards, and prepare simple impact summaries for customers.

Your Background

• You have a degree and 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.


• You have practical experience in social value, sustainability or community impact, and you know how promises turn into real results. Knowledge of UK public sector buying and the National TOMs is a plus.


• You are confident working with data and enjoy checking it and finding insights, not just recording it.


• You can run projects from start to finish and keep actions, people and deadlines on track. You can also manage several tasks at once.


• You communicate clearly, build good working relationships quickly, and are happy using digital and AI tools. Experience with the Social Value Portal is an advantage.
