Job summary

Shirley Parsons Ltd is partnering with a leading UK construction and infrastructure business to recruit a Social Value Coordinator. You’ll drive T-Level engagement across regional teams, connect with education providers, and identify placement opportunities to translate a business-wide commitment into a coordinated, measurable programme.

You’ll split time between home and travel to regional offices and education providers across England.

Qualifications

• Natural connector with ability to start conversations and build relationships across teams and levels.
• Highly organised, capable of coordinating multiple stakeholders, regions and priorities.
• Proactive and self-motivated; able to spot opportunities and drive action.
• People and education focused; experience in education, work placements or Early Careers is valuable.
• T-Level knowledge is a bonus, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive Engagement: Build relationships across regional offices to increase participation in T-Level commitments.
• Make Opportunities Happen: Proactively identify placement opportunities and connect regional teams with colleges and education providers.
• Keep Things Moving: Coordinate activity, maintain forward plans and identify gaps or risks early.
• Turn Data Into Insight: Monitor performance and produce clear reporting for stakeholders.
• Raise the Bar: Develop practical guidance and share best practices to improve the T-Level experience.

We re partnered with a leading UK construction and infrastructure business on an opportunity to join their Social Value team as an Social Value Coordinator.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, bringing people together and making things happen. You ll play a key role in driving T-Level engagement across regional teams, connecting with education providers, identifying placement opportunities and helping turn a business-wide commitment into a coordinated, measurable programme.

This isn t simply an admin role, you ll have the freedom to get out into the business, build your network, develop processes and guidance, and work with a wide range of stakeholders. For someone looking to build a career across Social Value, Early Careers, Education or wider people-focused initiatives, there s plenty of scope to grow.

What you’ll be doing:

• Drive Engagement: Build relationships across regional offices, encouraging greater participation and ownership of T-Level commitments.
• Make Opportunities Happen: Proactively identify placement opportunities and connect regional teams with colleges and education providers.
• Keep Things Moving: Coordinate activity, maintain forward plans and make sure potential gaps or risks are identified early.
• Turn Data Into Insight: Monitor performance, maintain accurate records and produce clear reporting that gives stakeholders visibility of progress.
• Raise the Bar: Develop practical guidance, share successful approaches and gather feedback to continuously improve the T-Level experience.

The role is a mix of home-based and travel to regional offices, projects and education providers across England as required. A car allowance is provided. The role is also subject to BPSS clearance.
