Chorley Council and South Ribble Borough Council in Leyland is seeking an Administrative Support Officer to join the Social Prescribing team within the Wellbeing and Resilience service. This full-time, permanent post supports health and wellbeing by connecting people with community groups and local services.

As the first point of contact for service users and partners, you will handle referrals, maintain records, and provide admin support to Social Prescribing Link Workers.

Qualifikationen

• Empathy for clients and colleagues in initial contact
• Strong organisational abilities to manage referrals and records
• Good IT literacy with experience using Microsoft Excel

• Initial point of contact for Social Prescribing enquiries via email or phone.
• Triaging referrals and conducting welcome calls.
• Provide wider administrative support to the team and assist with outreach drop-ins.
