South Ribble Council is seeking an organised Administrative Support Officer to join the Social Prescribing team in the Wellbeing and Resilience service. You will be the first point of contact for service users and partner organisations, providing high-quality administrative support and helping manage referrals.

• Experience in social prescribing or community health settings preferred.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

• Initial point of contact for all those wanting to engage with the Social Prescribing Team via email or phone.
• Triaging referrals by conducting welcome calls.
• Provide wider administrative support to the team to ensure the smooth running of the service.
• Supporting the Social Prescribing Team in organising outreach drop ins.
