About the Role

As Social Media Creator, you will own Fyxer Ai's social presence across TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter/X. This role offers creative freedom, strategic autonomy, and energy to build our brand voice from the ground up.

You'll be the face and voice of Fyxer online, creating engaging content that showcases how our product transforms daily workflows.

This is a unique opportunity to build content at a fast-scaling AI startup where your work directly impacts growth and brand perception. You will be moving quickly, creating impactful content, and shaping professional engagement with the Fyxer brand.

What You'll Do

• Own Our Organic Social Strategy: Develop and execute strategies across TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter/X, setting creative direction and growth tactics aligned with business goals while maintaining authenticity.
• Create Scroll-Stopping Content: Produce short videos, social posts, and stories that are entertaining and relatable, showcasing Fyxer's value with personality and authenticity.
• Master Twitter/X: Drive conversations, engage with our community, and position Fyxer as a thought leader in work productivity. Turn features into shareable content that sparks engagement.
• Ideate Original Concepts: Generate fresh ideas that capture attention, from trending audio to original series, bringing innovation to every piece of content.
• Optimize for Growth: Analyze data to understand audience preferences, iterate on successful formats, and experiment with new approaches to maximize reach.
• Build Community: Foster genuine connections through authentic engagement, responding to comments, and creating participatory content.
