We are looking for a Social Media Executive to manage and grow our presence across key social platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn. In this hands-on role, you will bring our social strategy to life, creating content, engaging with our audience, and helping expand our brand’s reach. As Social Media Executive, you will play a crucial role in creating and curating content that resonates with our audience and amplifies our brand in the luxury travel space. You’ll work closely with the Head of Brand & Marketing and the wider team to develop social media strategies, engage with our community, and track performance across multiple channels. Your creativity and attention to detail will help elevate our voice and drive engagement.

What you'll do...

  1. Content Creation & Posting:
  • Develop, create, and schedule engaging content tailored for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
  • Collaborate with the Content Manager to plan and produce organic content that engages our social media audience.
  • Work with internal teams and external creators to source high-quality visuals and copy that align with the brand’s aesthetic and tone.
  • Write compelling, on-brand copy for social media posts.
  • Community Management & Engagement:
    • Monitor and engage with followers and influencers in a timely, brand-appropriate manner.
    • Foster relationships with community members to strengthen loyalty and advocacy.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting:
    • Track and analyse key social media metrics (engagement, reach, traffic, conversions) to identify insights.
    • Prepare regular reports on social media performance, offering actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Post Boosting:
    • Manage and optimise boosted post campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and follower growth across social channels.
    • Work with agencies to ensure consistency and share insights on campaign performance.
  • Trend Monitoring & Innovation:
    • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and new content formats, identifying opportunities for innovation.
    • Champion creative experimentation and test new ideas to keep the brand at the forefront of luxury travel conversations.

    Who you are...

    • You have experience in social media marketing, preferably in the luxury hospitality or lifestyle sectors.
    • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
    • Proven ability to create visually compelling, on-brand content using tools like Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, etc.
    • Experience with boosting posts and managing paid social campaigns.
    • Comfortable using social media analytics tools to report on performance and translate insights into strategy.
    • Excellent written communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
    • A proactive, creative thinker with a genuine passion for social media and luxury travel.

    Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 DOE

    Logistics: Covent Garden office (Hybrid 1 - 2 days a week on site)
