Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Executive with 1-2 years of experience to join our growing team.

In this role, you will:

Create and manage engaging social media content across multiple platforms.
Identify compelling daily narratives that resonate with our audience.
Foster community engagement and interact with followers.
Track performance metrics and optimize strategies for growth.

You will play a key role in expanding our online presence and ensuring that our social media efforts align with our marketing objectives.

This on-site role is based in our London, Marylebone office and requires working five days a week to collaborate closely with our team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
Ensure all content is aligned with the brand voice and supports marketing objectives.
Discover and create timely, engaging stories that resonate with our audience.
Utilize current trends, cultural moments, and user-generated content to drive engagement.
Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
Foster a positive, interactive community while encouraging user-generated content.
Manage a consistent posting schedule across all platforms.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media with campaigns, promotions, and events.
Monitor social media metrics, engagement, reach, and conversions.
Use data insights to refine content strategies and improve campaign performance.
Assist in executing social media aspects of larger marketing campaigns.
Ensure all social content aligns with brand guidelines and customer engagement objectives.
Work closely with creative, marketing, and customer service teams to maintain brand consistency.
Support the creation and optimization of paid social campaigns to enhance brand visibility.

Ideal Candidate Profile

1-2 years of experience in social media management or marketing.
Strong understanding of growing social media presence and engaging audiences.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to create and execute successful social media strategies.
Experience managing content across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Proficiency in social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
Ability to identify fresh content ideas and create narratives that drive engagement.
Strong copywriting skills to craft compelling and on-brand social media posts.
Experience using design tools like Canva to create visually appealing content.
Self-starter who takes initiative and drives projects forward.
Ability to analyze performance data and adjust content strategies accordingly.
Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
