At UKLASH, we’re redefining natural beauty with powerful, effective beauty essentials that deliver real results. We’re looking for a confident, creative, and TikTok-obsessed Social Media Executive to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to become the face of our US TikTok presence leading live streams, driving content creation, and managing our TikTok & social presence to grow engagement and brand love on our US channels. You’ll be joining a dynamic team focused on driving our social strategy to take us to the next level and expand our presence within the United States.

Your Role

You’ll be the go-to for all things TikTok & Social, both behind and in front of the camera. From presenting engaging TikTok Lives that connect with our community to creating and managing standout content that tells the UKLASH story in a fun, relatable way, you’ll help us take our social strategy to the next level and expand our presence in the US.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the US social content calendar - from trends to challenges to product storytelling, you’ll keep our presence fresh and scroll-stopping.
• Plan, script, shoot, and edit social-first content (both short-form video and lives) that aligns with brand campaigns and key product launches.
• Host TikTok Live sessions regularly to engage, educate, and entertain our growing community - showcasing UKLASH products in an authentic, confidence-boosting way.
• Schedule all social posts, writing captions that are on brand and inherit the UKLASH tone of voice and monitor performance.
• Collaborate with the wider marketing and creative team to align TikTok shop & social activity with brand goals and campaigns.
• Monitor performance using key metrics and analytics to provide feedback, improve content, and hit KPIs.
• Stay ahead of TikTok trends, creators, and platform updates, constantly bringing new ideas to the table
• Manage TikTok community engagement - respond to comments, build relationships, and support the growth of a positive, inclusive space
• Support the Social Media Manager and TikTok Shop Manager to create TikTok shop specific content to support on campaigns and increase TikTok Shop revenue

About You

• Be a natural on camera - confident, personable, and quick-thinking, with a strong grasp of what works on live and know how to connect with an audience in real time.
• You live and breathe TikTok & Social trends, especially in the beauty, fashion, and lifestyle space.
• Experience in TikTok Live presenting or similar live-streaming platforms is a must.
• Strong video editing skills - you know your way around editing tools (possibly CapCut or similar apps).
• Creative thinker with a solid understanding of content strategy, social performance, and platform nuances.
• You’re a self-starter, full of initiative, and comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced, creative environment.
• Excellent writing skills with a flair for crafting engaging captions and brand-aligned copy.
• Passionate about beauty and confident in representing a brand you believe in.
• Are from the US or have experience working on US social accounts & strategy

The Social Media Executive will work across UKLASH US social channels to drive social media growth and engagement. This person will sit within the content and brand function of the marketing team and will help implement and create content in line with the overall social media and brand strategy. You will be responsible for creating forward-thinking, scroll-stopping content that inspires and drives existing and new communities.
