What you’ll do:

  • Develop and execute social media and CRM strategies to enhance brand presence, engagement, and customer retention.
  • Create engaging content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage and grow the UGC program and Belkin Ambassadors.
  • Coordinate with influencers and content creators.
  • Manage community interactions and customer support engagement.
  • Run social advertising campaigns to support branding and sales.
  • Analyze social media performance and optimize strategies.
  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns and automation.
  • Expand and manage CRM database and segmentation.
  • Align social media and CRM efforts with marketing initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Report performance metrics to stakeholders.
  • Oversee social media agency relationships and budgets.

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in social media management and CRM, preferably in consumer electronics or retail.
  • Proficiency with Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn platforms.
  • Experience with social media advertising campaigns with significant budgets.
  • Content creation skills and experience directing content shoots.
  • Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, Hubspot.
  • Analytical skills using tools like Google Analytics and social analytics.
  • Strong communication and creative skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills.
