About the Role:

We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager (TPM) in the East Coast to join our remote team and drive the planning and execution of cross-functional, technical initiatives across our SaaS product ecosystem. You’ll work closely with engineering, product, support, and GTM teams to ensure high-priority projects are scoped clearly, tracked transparently, and delivered with excellence.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, fully remote environment and has strong technical acumen combined with impeccable organizational skills.

This is a 3–6 month contract role, 20 hours per week, with a possibility of converting to a full-time employee.


Responsibilities:
  • LeadSCRUM meetings & Sprint Planning sessions, recording status and progress of Feature Development, Managing Projects deliverables and tracking.
  • Help our growing Engineering teams in European and Eastern U.S. seaboard stay focused and organized using Agile methodologies and tools.
  • Sprint Planning – In partnership with Engineering Leadership, define what can be delivered in the sprint and how that work will be achieved.
  • Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams to define scope, priorities, and deliverables
  • Ensure projects are aligned with company priorities and customer impact
  • Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success and adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans that merge requirements with company goals and coordinate various teams and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.
  • Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
  • Help Develop and enhance Engineering Program Processes.
  • AHa! Administrator – Manage Idea Portal & Product Roadmap.
Required Skills:
  • 5+ years of experience managing technical projects in software or SaaS environments
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Experience managing projects involving product development, engineering workflows, and customer-facing deliverables
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills — able to work effectively across distributed teams
  • Experience with Product Development tools, like Azure DevOps (ADO), Aha or JIRA.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Technical acumen — comfortable working with engineers and discussing architecture and tradeoffs
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent experience)
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Previous experience in Release Management.
  • Certifications: PMP, CSM, or equivalent
  • Experience in the endpoint management, IT security, or enterprise software space
  • Experience in a high-growth or startup environment
Compensation:
  • This is a 3–6 month contract role, 20 hours per week, with a possibility of converting to a full-time employee. The hourly compensation range is $45–$57,depending on experience.
