TalentBurst is hiring for a remote Project and Compliance Coordinator to manage Prevailing Wage data processing. The ideal candidate will excel in attention to detail, computer skills, and maintaining confidentiality while ensuring compliance with regulations. This 6-month assignment may be extended based on needs.

Duration: 6-Month assignment to start, but likely will be extended
Schedule hours: M-F, Standard business hours
Contingent Workers Skills and Areas of Responsibility
We are requesting the addition of two contingent workers to support the processing of Prevailing Wage data. Their primary responsibility will be to ensure that technicians are compensated accurately and promptly, while maintaining company' compliance with all relevant regulations.
These contingent workers will handle the daily processing of various Prevailing Wage reports and submit them as required to state and customer portals. One worker will be assigned to support operations in the Central United States, and the other will focus on the Eastern United States.
Key Qualifications and Skills Required:
• Exceptional Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately follow complex, multi-step processes with precision.
• Advanced Computer Proficiency: Strong command of Excel, including advanced formulas and data manipulation techniques.
• Strong Mathematical Aptitude: Capable of interpreting and working with numerical data effectively.
• Commitment to Confidentiality: Must safeguard sensitive employee information and data related to Prevailing Wage requirements and projects.
• Strategic Thinking and Sound Judgment: Able to identify inconsistencies or issues, investigate root causes, or seek guidance when necessary—rather than proceeding without clarity.
• Collaborative Team Player: Works effectively within a team environment, contributing to shared goals and supporting colleagues as needed.
