• You’re a master of Go High Level and can set up funnels, automations, triggers, pipelines, and dashboards in your sleep.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building and optimizing end-to-end client and internal workflows using Go High Level.
  
  
  
• Creating automations for onboarding, lead nurturing, pipeline movement, email/SMS sequences, and more.
  
  
  
• Integrating Go High Level with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Zapier , and others.
  
  
  
• Setting up and refining funnels, forms, landing pages , and branded email templates.
  
  
  
• Analyzing automation performance and making smart, data-backed optimizations.
  
  
  
• Collaborating with our marketing and ops teams to translate strategy into systems that scale.
  
  
  

What you bring:

• Proven experience with Go High Level (portfolio or examples welcome!).
  
  
  
• Deep knowledge of marketing automation , CRM strategy, and workflow design.
  
  
  
• Hands-on experience with Zapier, Slack integrations, Google tools, and messaging automations.
  
  
  
• Clear communication skills and comfort working async across time zones.
  
  
  
• A passion for creating elegant, effective systems.
  
  
  
• Bonus : Experience with HubSpot (CRM migration, pipeline automations, etc.) is a major plus.
  
  
  
• Agency or service business experience is also a plus.
