Job summary

Pact Coffee in London Bridge is seeking a Social Media and Creator Manager to turn scrollers into Pact sippers. You’ll own our organic content and run a creator content process that fuels both organic and paid.

You’ll plan, shoot, and edit your own content, collaborate with our Creative Strategist and Growth Manager, and manage creator partnerships with a budget, especially for Christmas. Hybrid work, with a London office presence three days a week and occasional events; salary £30,000–£40,000

Qualifications

• Proven ability to plan and deliver creative social content.
• Experience managing creator partnerships and influencer activity.
• Strong understanding of social platforms and content formats.

Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline of creator content for organic and paid channels.
• Own creator relationships from outreach to negotiation and briefing.
• Manage Pact's organic presence and align with PR/CRM goals.
• Plan, shoot, and edit own video content for multiple formats.
• Collaborate with Creative Strategist and Growth Manager on learnings.
