Job summary

Lt Talent in Central London is seeking a senior social/creator lead to own the brand’s social, creator and affiliate programs across the UK and US. You will set the strategy, shape the creative, and build creator relationships that translate into revenue.

You’ll manage budgets and KPIs, work with PR/agency partners on launches, and mentor a Social Media Coordinator in a founder-led, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in social and influencer marketing at beauty, wellness, fashion, or digitally native consumer brands.
• Strong creator relationships across the UK and US.
• Proven track record of social-first content campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with gifting, paid collaborations and creator campaigns.
• Commercial mindset to link activity to traffic and revenue.
• Experience managing a junior team or creative resources.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, founder-led business.

Responsibilities

• Own organic social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Build founder-led content and creator relationships to drive revenue.
• Turn product knowledge into scroll-stopping content.
• Lead creator strategy across UK, US and international markets (gifting, partnerships, ambassadors).
• Recruit, activate and grow an affiliate/creator network.
• Amplify customer stories and UGC.
• Coordinate launches, events and brand moments with PR/agency partners.
• Set budgets, KPIs and weekly reporting; feed insights to paid team.
• Manage and develop a Social Media Coordinator.
