Pact Coffee in London is seeking a Social Media and Creator Manager to lead our organic content and creator partnerships across subscription, B2B, and grocery. You’ll plan, shoot, and edit your own content while managing creator talent, budgets, and influencer gifting to maximise impact.

Based at our London Bridge office with a hybrid pattern, you’ll use data-driven insights to grow reach, engagement, and ultimately sales, partnering with our Creative Strategist and Growth Manager to turn

Qualifications

• Brilliantly organised with a strong content calendar discipline.
• Data-driven approach to decide what to create next.
• Experience managing organic social media for a consumer brand, ideally on Meta platforms.
• Experience negotiating fees and managing micro-creator partnerships.

Responsabilités

• Build a pipeline of creator content for organic and paid channels.
• Own the creator relationship end-to-end—from outreach to usage rights and gifting.
• Plan, shoot and edit your own content and collaborate with the Creative Strategist and Growth Manager.
• Grow Pact’s organic presence across subscription, B2B, and grocery audiences.
• Coordinate lo‑fi in-house content and turn events into timely posts across channels.
