Job summary

Confidential in London is seeking a hands-on Social Media & Partnership Manager to lead our organic social presence, owning Instagram as the lead channel and expanding into partnerships, gifting and affiliate activity.

You will create content, manage the calendar, collaborate with paid teams, nurture creator relationships, and drive growth across social channels, with travel opportunities as the brand expands internationally.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in organic social/media.
• Ideally from a DTC, ecommerce or consumer brand.
• Proven experience growing an Instagram community.
• Strong hands-on content creation across filming, presenting and editing.
• Experience with influencers, creators, gifting and/or partnerships.
• Commercially minded with measurable reach, engagement or revenue.
• Creative, highly organised and able to own a channel end-to-end.
• Strong relationship builder with understanding of social culture and trends.

Responsibilities

• Own organic social strategy across Instagram, with LinkedIn as a secondary channel.
• Create content yourself, including ideation, filming, presenting and editing.
• Own content calendar and community management.
• Work with content and paid teams across Instagram and TikTok.
• Manage influencer and creator relationships end-to-end.
• Build gifting and seeding programme across outdoor, travel, active and lifestyle.
• Lead brand partnerships and collaborations.
• Own Instagram affiliate programme and grow social commerce.
• Track performance across organic, influencer, partnerships and affiliate.
• Stay ahead of trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Occasional travel for shoots as brand expands internationally.
