Who we’re looking for

We are looking for an initiative and creative Social Media/Communications Manager to strengthen our PR team. The ideal candidate will manage the social media presence of both OpenMinds and our CEO, build a strong online brand presence, engage with our target audience, and assist with communications tasks.

In the position you will:

— Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with company goals, targeting audience growth and engagement

— Create and execute content plans for both OpenMinds’ and CEO’s X, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn to drive consistent, relevant traffic and engagement while maintaining a strong online presence

— Engage with the audience, ensuring prompt responses to comments and requests

— Monitor market trends in the hybrid warfare field, including relevant topics, competitors, and target audience behaviours. Provide recommendations to enhance our online presence

— Craft visuals and videos to illustrate posts on social media platforms

— Work closely with PR team and assist with communications

We are a perfect match if you have:

— 2+ years of experience in Social Media Management

— Passion for the topics of countering FIMI, cognitive warfare, StratCom

— Ability to analyse both market and target audience to explore new opportunities and emerging trends

— Deep understanding of major social platforms capabilities, features and functions (Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn)

— Experience in creating various types of content such as visuals, infographics, guides, videos, etc with strong design skills in Figma and/or Illustrator

— Strong organisational skills, committed to keeping the operational space (task boards, etc.) up to date

— Fluency in English

— Would be a plus: experience in PR/communications, Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Ads Manager
