Job summary

The Celtic Collection is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to join our Marketing team at Celtic Manor Resort. You’ll craft compelling content, support campaigns, and engage with online communities to showcase our luxury venues and events.

You will work alongside the Social Media Manager, contributing to B2C and B2B activity, while attending events and shoots as needed. This role combines creativity with analytics in a vibrant hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Excellent copywriting, communication and content creation skills.
• Experiences supporting social media activity within a hospitality, events, service-based or B2B environment.
• Basic photography and videography skills with a keen eye for engaging content.
• Creative, organised and analytical approach with the ability to spot emerging trends and opportunities.
• Experience using Canva, CapCut or similar content creation tools would be advantageous.
• Flexibility to attend events, content shoots and occasional out-of-hours activities when required.

Responsibilities

• Create, schedule and publish engaging content across multiple social media platforms.
• Support the delivery of B2C and B2B social media campaigns, including Meetings & Events and Corporate activity.
• Manage social media enquiries, build engagement and deliver excellent online guest service.
• Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
• Assist with website content updates and support wider digital marketing activities.
• Research trends, competitor activity and new opportunities to keep content fresh and effective.
• Support influencer visits, content creators, events and special projects across the Collection.
