Winner Recruitment Ltd. is recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a Midlands-based property maintenance provider in Stoke-on-Trent. You will lead operatives and subcontractors, delivering responsive repairs with a focus on quality, safety and client satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication and a solid background in social housing or property maintenance. A CSCS card with SSSTS/SMSTS or IOSH is preferred, plus a full UK driving licence.

Competenze

• Experience as Site Manager or Supervisor in social housing or property maintenance.
• Experience managing teams and monitoring performance against targets.
• Strong Health & Safety knowledge and RAMS/compliance procedures.
• Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills.
• IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office and mobile work management systems.
• CSCS card; SSSTS/SMSTS and/or IOSH Managing Safely preferred; Full UK driving licence.

Mansioni

• Lead and supervise operatives and subcontractors on responsive repairs and maintenance.
• Ensure all works are completed on time, within budget and to the required specification.
• Monitor productivity, performance and quality via site visits and inspections.
• Review completed works, job coding and variations for accuracy and value.
• Liaise with planners, administrators and client teams to keep workflow efficient.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct toolbox talks, risk assessments and site inspections.
• Support resource planning and out-of-hours coordination as needed.
• Maintain positive relationships with residents, clients and colleagues.
• Mentor apprentices and support team development.
