Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule repairs and maintenance works
• Allocate jobs to operatives and manage diaries
• Liaise with operatives, tenants, contractors and internal teams
• Manage workloads and prioritise urgent repairs
• Monitor outstanding jobs and ensure works are completed within timescales
• Update internal systems with accurate job and appointment information
• Deal with queries from customers and operatives
• Ensure appointments are booked efficiently and communicated clearly
• Provide general administrative support to repairs and maintenance team
