Job summary

You will coordinate and schedule repairs and maintenance works, liaising with operatives, tenants and contractors to keep customers informed throughout the process. Responsibilities

• Planning and scheduling repairs and maintenance works
• Allocating jobs to operatives and managing diaries
• Liaising with operatives, tenants, contractors and internal teams
• Managing workloads and prioritising urgent repairs
• Monitoring outstanding jobs and ensuring works are completed within agreed timescales
• Updating internal systems with accurate job and appointment information
• Dealing with queries from customers and operatives
• Ensuring appointments are booked efficiently and communicated clearly
• Providing general administrative support to the repairs and maintenance team
