Job summary

Consilium Contracting Services Ltd is seeking a proactive Contract Manager to lead Social Housing RM/Voids frameworks and ad-hoc projects, coordinating a multi-trade operative team on site across Scotland. You will drive health & safety, KPI delivery, and financial performance for each framework while maintaining strong customer relationships.

You will manage budgets, forecast needs, and identify opportunities for further work, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory

Qualifications

• From a trade background with contracting or project management experience in social housing or the public sector.
• Strong skills in programming/delivering jobs, HSE, budgeting, cost control and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of compliance, health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Ability to lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary resources on site.
• Excellent communication and problem solving abilities with strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage social housing RM/Voids frameworks and ad-hoc projects with a multi-trade team.
• Ensure health & safety, quality, commercial performance and KPI attainment across frameworks.
• Maintain customer relationships and manage budgets to preserve framework profitability.
• Build on relationships, identify opportunities for additional work and lead on-site team effectiveness.
