Job summary

Build Recruitment is assisting a leading social housing contractor to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee planned works and retrofit programmes across occupied Housing Association properties in Devon, Dorset and Wiltshire. Based from Exeter, you will manage day-to-day contract delivery and drive programme growth toward GBP 10 million per year.

You will plan and programme works, manage subcontractors and site teams, monitor quality and costs, and maintain strong Health & Safety

Qualifications

• Experience as a Contracts Manager or similar.
• Experience delivering planned works, ideally within social housing.
• Retrofit or energy-efficiency experience would be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Health & Safety.
• Strong programming and planning experience.
• Experience managing subcontractors and teams.
• Good communication and client management skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Relevant construction qualification - HNC, SMSTS, First Aid

We are currently working with a leading social housing contractor who is looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee planned works and retrofit programmes across occupied Housing Association properties throughout Devon, Dorset and Wiltshire.

The Role
