Job summary

Multitask Personnel Ltd in Warwickshire seeks an experienced Contracts Manager to lead trades teams and supervise site activities, ensuring delivery to time and budget.

You will work with Planning and Customer Service to meet KPI targets, drive continuous improvements, and maintain compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental policies, while building strong relationships with client representatives and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation
• Working knowledge of CDM and Building Regulations
• Proven management skills and ability to lead teams
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive, proactive attitude and ‘can do’ approach
• IT literacy and familiarity with common software tools
• Driving licence is required

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support and manage trades and supervisors
• Liaise with Planning and Customer Service to achieve KPI and cost targets
• Support General Manager in budgeting and policy compliance (HSE)
• Develop strong relationships with internal teams and client representatives
• Drive continuous improvements and ensure safety compliance
