Job summary

Kibble is seeking a Social Enterprise Manager to lead the development and growth of social businesses across the organisation. You will identify market opportunities, develop robust business plans and build partnerships with employers, investors, funders and education bodies.

You will also lead the enterprise curriculum across the Skills Academy and all Kibble schools, line-manage instructors, support staff development and ensure qualification delivery with training provided where needed.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurship and social enterprise experience are required.
• Ability to identify market opportunities and develop scalable plans.
• Experience building partnerships with employers, investors and education providers.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify new social business opportunities aligned with strategic objectives.
• Develop robust business plans for social ventures.
• Lead creation and scaling of innovative social projects.
• Foster entrepreneurial mindset across staff and young people.
• Build productive relationships with employers, funders and partners.
• Provide line management and quality assurance for Skills Academy instructors.
• Monitor markets and adapt strategy to stay competitive.
• Develop and implement KPIs aligned with objectives.
• Represent Kibble at external forums and partnerships.
• Oversee curriculum planning across the Skills Academy and schools.
