About the Position:

We are seeking a creative, data-driven Social Content Manager to shape the digital experience of High Performance across YouTube and social media platforms for our series of shows.

This role involves more than managing posts; it includes identifying impactful moments from podcasts, utilizing AI tools for clipping and editing, and building an inspiring digital presence that can positively influence lives.

You should have proven experience managing multiple social media channels, video editing, AI optimization, and community engagement. Strong editorial skills are essential for creating engaging, motivating content that enhances the brand of each show. An understanding of content culture—what resonates, gets shared, and captures attention—is also crucial.

Responsibilities:

  • Multi-channel content strategy: Develop and implement strategies to increase podcast visibility, community engagement, and audience growth across YouTube and social platforms.
  • Video editing and clipping: Edit clips from episodes using Adobe Premiere and AI tools like Opus, ensuring they match the podcast’s tone and style.
  • YouTube growth & optimization: Grow YouTube channels by optimizing content, creating engaging titles and thumbnails, and leveraging platform features.
  • AI content creation and curation: Create and manage high-quality visual and video content tailored to each platform, maintaining consistent branding.
  • Content scheduling and delivery: Upload and schedule content to align with marketing calendars and partner needs.
  • Copywriting and tone of voice: Use AI tools to craft inspiring and engaging copy that reflects each podcast’s values.
  • Community management: Engage with audiences by responding to comments and messages to foster a positive community.
  • Performance tracking and reporting: Use analytics tools to monitor performance, generate reports, and refine strategies accordingly.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience managing and growing social media and YouTube channels, with a focus on increasing engagement and subscribers.
  • Deep knowledge of social media and YouTube algorithms, trends, and metrics, with strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere and AI tools like Opus, along with scheduling and analytics platforms like YouTube Studio.
  • Experience in graphic design and creating engaging visuals (e.g., thumbnails, carousels).
  • Ability to work independently, solve problems, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and a test-and-learn approach.
  • Adaptability to changing deadlines and content priorities.
