Role: Social Content Manager

Based: London (Hybrid, minimum 2 days in central London office)

Reports to: Head of Marketing

Hours: Full time | 37.5 hrs per week

About the Position

We seek a creative, data-driven Social Content Manager to shape how millions experience High Performance across YouTube and social platforms for our series of shows. This role involves identifying impactful moments from podcasts, utilizing AI tools for clipping and editing, and building an inspiring digital presence that motivates and transforms lives.

You should have proven experience managing multiple social media channels, video editing skills, AI-driven content optimization, and community engagement. Strong editorial judgment is essential for creating engaging, motivational content that enhances our brand and resonates with audiences.

Responsibilities
  • Multi-channel content strategy: Develop and implement strategies to increase podcast visibility, community engagement, and audience growth across platforms.
  • Video editing and clipping: Edit clips from episodes using Adobe Premiere and AI tools like Opus, ensuring they match the podcast's tone and style.
  • YouTube growth & optimization: Enhance YouTube channel growth through content optimization, compelling titles, thumbnails, and platform features.
  • AI content creation and curation: Manage high-quality visual content across platforms, maintaining brand consistency with AI tools.
  • Content scheduling and delivery: Upload and schedule content aligning with marketing plans and partner needs.
  • Copywriting and tone of voice: Use AI to craft inspiring, engaging copy that reflects each podcast's values.
  • Community management: Engage with audiences by responding to comments and messages to foster a positive community.
  • Performance tracking and reporting: Analyze metrics via platform analytics, report findings, and refine strategies accordingly.
Skills & Experience
  • Successful experience in managing and growing social media and YouTube channels with increasing engagement.
  • Deep knowledge of social media and YouTube algorithms, trends, and KPIs, with strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in video editing tools like Adobe Premiere and AI tools such as Opus, plus scheduling and analytics platforms like YouTube Studio.
  • Experience in graphic design and creating engaging visual content (e.g., thumbnails, carousels).
  • Ability to work independently, solve problems, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and a test-and-learn approach.
  • Flexible and adaptable to shifting deadlines and evolving content priorities.
