About the Position

We are seeking a creative, data-driven Social Content Manager to shape how millions experience High Performance across YouTube and social media. This role involves more than managing posts; it includes identifying powerful podcast moments, using AI tools for clipping and editing, and building an inspiring digital presence that can change lives.

You should have proven experience managing multiple social media channels, video editing, AI-driven content optimization, and community engagement. Strong editorial judgment is essential for creating engaging, motivating content that enhances each show's brand. A deep understanding of content culture—what resonates, gets shared, and earns attention—is crucial.

Responsibilities
  • Multi-channel content strategy: Develop and implement strategies across YouTube and social platforms to increase podcast visibility, community engagement, and audience growth.
  • Video editing and clipping: Edit clips from episodes using Adobe Premiere and AI tools like Opus, ensuring they match the podcast's tone and style.
  • YouTube growth & optimization: Accelerate channel growth by optimizing content, creating compelling titles and thumbnails, and leveraging platform features.
  • AI content creation and curation: Manage high-quality visual and video content tailored for each platform, maintaining consistent branding.
  • Content scheduling and delivery: Upload and schedule content aligning with marketing calendars and partner needs.
  • Copywriting and tone of voice: Use AI to craft inspiring, thoughtful copy that reflects each podcast's values.
  • Community management: Engage with audiences by responding to comments and messages to foster a positive community.
  • Performance tracking and reporting: Use analytics tools to monitor metrics, generate reports, and refine strategies accordingly.
Skills & Experience
  • Proven success in managing and growing social media and YouTube channels, increasing views, engagement, and subscribers.
  • Strong understanding of social and YouTube algorithms, trends, and KPIs, with analytical skills.
  • Video editing skills with Adobe Premiere and AI tools like Opus, plus familiarity with scheduling and analytics platforms like YouTube Studio.
  • Experience in graphic design and creating engaging visual content.
  • Ability to work independently, solve problems, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and a test-and-learn approach.
  • Adaptability to shifting deadlines and evolving content priorities.
