About the Position:

We are seeking a creative, data-driven Social Content Manager to shape how millions experience High Performance across YouTube and social media platforms. This role involves curating impactful moments from podcasts, utilizing AI tools for editing, and building an inspiring digital presence.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple social channels, video editing skills, AI content optimization, and community engagement. Strong editorial judgment is essential to create content that resonates, is shareable, and enhances our brand. A deep understanding of content culture and audience engagement is also crucial.

Responsibilities:

1. Multi-channel content strategy: Develop and implement strategies to increase visibility, engagement, and growth across platforms.
2. Video editing and clipping: Edit clips from episodes using Adobe Premiere and AI tools like Opus, maintaining the podcast's tone.
3. YouTube growth & optimization: Enhance channel growth through content optimization, compelling titles, thumbnails, and platform features.
4. AI content creation and curation: Create and manage visual content with AI tools, ensuring brand consistency.
5. Content scheduling and delivery: Manage content uploads and scheduling aligned with marketing plans.
6. Copywriting and tone of voice: Write engaging copy using AI, maintaining a consistent, inspiring tone.
7. Community management: Engage with audiences by responding to comments and messages.
8. Performance tracking and reporting: Use analytics tools to monitor metrics, report insights, and refine strategies.

Skills & Experience:

• Successful experience growing social media and YouTube channels, increasing engagement and subscribers.
• Deep knowledge of social and YouTube algorithms, trends, and analytics.
• Proficiency in video editing with Adobe Premiere and AI tools like Opus.
• Experience creating visually engaging content, including thumbnails and carousels.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems, and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Strong organizational, communication, and attention to detail skills.
