About the Position

We are seeking a creative, data-driven Social Content Manager to shape how millions experience High Performance across YouTube and social media platforms for our shows.

This role involves more than managing posts; it includes identifying impactful podcast moments, using AI tools for clipping and editing, and building an inspiring digital presence that can change lives.

You should have proven experience managing multiple social channels, video editing, AI-driven content optimization, and community engagement. Strong editorial judgment is essential for creating engaging, motivational content that enhances our brand and resonates with audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Multi-channel content strategy: Develop and implement strategies across YouTube and social platforms to increase visibility, engagement, and audience growth.
  • Video editing and clipping: Edit clips from episodes using Adobe Premiere and AI tools like Opus, ensuring they match the podcast's tone and style.
  • YouTube growth & optimization: Enhance channel growth through content optimization, compelling titles, thumbnails, and platform features.
  • AI content creation and curation: Create and manage high-quality visual content using AI tools, maintaining brand consistency.
  • Content scheduling and delivery: Upload and schedule content aligned with marketing plans and partner needs.
  • Copywriting and tone of voice: Use AI to craft engaging, inspirational copy that reflects each podcast's values.
  • Community management: Engage with audiences by responding to comments and fostering a positive community.
  • Performance tracking and reporting: Analyze metrics via platform analytics, report findings, and refine strategies accordingly.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience managing and growing social media and YouTube channels, with proven increases in views and engagement.
  • Strong understanding of social and YouTube algorithms, trends, and KPIs, with excellent analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in video editing with Adobe Premiere and AI tools like Opus, plus experience with scheduling and analytics platforms such as YouTube Studio.
  • Experience in graphic design and creating engaging visual content.
  • Ability to work independently, solve problems, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and a test-and-learn approach.
  • Adaptability to shifting deadlines and evolving content priorities.
