About the Position

We are seeking a creative, data-driven Social Content Manager to shape how millions experience High Performance across YouTube and social media. This role involves identifying powerful podcast moments, using AI tools for clipping and editing, and building an inspiring digital presence that impacts lives.

You should have proven experience managing multiple social media channels, video editing, AI content optimization, and community engagement. Strong editorial skills are essential for creating engaging, motivational content that enhances our brand and resonates with audiences.

Responsibilities
  • Multi-channel content strategy: Develop and implement strategies to increase podcast visibility, community engagement, and audience growth across platforms.
  • Video editing and clipping: Use Adobe Premiere and AI tools like Opus to create clips aligned with the podcast's tone and style.
  • YouTube growth & optimization: Enhance channel growth through content optimization, compelling titles, thumbnails, and platform features.
  • AI content creation and curation: Plan and produce high-quality visual and video content using AI tools, maintaining brand consistency.
  • Content scheduling and delivery: Manage content uploads and scheduling to align with marketing plans and partner needs.
  • Copywriting and tone of voice: Use AI to craft engaging, thoughtful copy that reflects each podcast's values.
  • Community management: Engage with audiences by responding to comments and messages to foster a positive community.
  • Performance tracking and reporting: Analyze metrics using tools like YouTube Studio and Instagram Insights to refine strategies.
Skills & Experience
  • Successful social media and YouTube channel management with growth in views, engagement, and subscribers.
  • Strong understanding of social media and YouTube algorithms, trends, and analytics.
  • Proficiency in video editing with Adobe Premiere and AI tools like Opus, plus scheduling and analytics platforms.
  • Experience in graphic design and creating engaging visual content.
  • Ability to work independently, solve problems, and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and a test-and-learn approach.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing deadlines and content priorities.
