Job summary

The INKEY List is seeking a Social Content & Creative Assistant Manager in London to turn social strategy into platform-native content for TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. You’ll lead day‑to‑day content development, shoot and direct on camera, and work with Brand and Creative teams to stay relevant and recognisable.

You’ll collaborate with the Social Media Manager to test, learn and iterate formats, supporting founder and expert content while moving quickly on opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience creating social-first content for beauty, skincare, wellness or lifestyle.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Confident filming, directing and creating content with mobile tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop social-first content ideas across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube for brand and founder channels.
• Translate campaign priorities into platform-native concepts and own the content pipeline.
• Lead filming and content capture, including founder, team, expert and product-led content.
• Collaborate with Creative to balance production quality with native social feel.
• Identify trends and formats and refresh recurring content franchises.
