Job summary

Justmylook is seeking a creatively ambitious Senior Social Content Creator to own the creative direction of the brand’s social presence, focusing on TikTok and Instagram. The role requires turning trends into engaging content, producing Reels and UGC, and shaping campaigns from concept to execution.

You will develop social-first concepts, test new formats, and collaborate with influencer activity, gifting, and PR campaigns to elevate the beauty brand’s voice. This is office-based in Cleckheaton.

Qualifications

• Strong experience creating content for TikTok and Instagram.
• Proven short-form video, Reels and UGC experience.
• Experience developing creative concepts, not just executing briefs.
• A strong understanding of trends, hooks and social-first content.
• Experience taking campaigns from concept to execution.
• Experience working with influencer, PR or gifting activity.
• Excellent creative instincts and a genuine point of view.
• A proactive approach with plenty of ideas.
• A genuine passion for beauty, social and content.

Responsibilities

• Developing social-first creative concepts across TikTok and Instagram.
• Creating and editing Reels, Stories, UGC and short-form video.
• Turning trends, cultural moments and commercial priorities into engaging content.
• Developing strong hooks, recurring formats and creative series.
• Supporting PR outreach, influencer activity, gifting and campaigns.
• Taking creative ideas from initial concept through to final execution.
• Testing new formats and using performance insights to improve content.
• Helping raise the creative standards across the wider social team.
