Decruz Search in London is seeking a Creative Social Media Manager to own the brand's social channels across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. You will develop engaging content and campaigns to raise brand awareness, grow audiences and boost engagement.

The role requires a deep understanding of beauty trends, strong copywriting, calendar planning and hands-on content creation, including short-form video and reels.

Formación

• Experience in social media or digital marketing, ideally in beauty or cosmetics.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok and trends.
• Creative copywriting and content creation abilities.
• Experience planning social media calendars and campaigns from concept to execution.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and turn insights into ideas.

Social Media Manager | Beauty & Cosmetics

Hybrid working: 2 days in the office, 3 days from home

Are you passionate about beauty, cosmetics and creating social media content that gets people talking?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a creative and commercially minded Social Media Manager to join a growing beauty and cosmetics business in London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who understands the beauty consumer, keeps up with emerging trends and knows how to build an engaged online community across social platforms.

The Role

You will take ownership of the brand’s social media presence, developing engaging content and campaigns that increase brand awareness, grow audiences and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
• Create and manage engaging content calendars aligned with brand campaigns, product launches and key commercial moments.
• Identify emerging beauty trends, viral content opportunities and new ways to engage target audiences.
• Oversee content creation, including short-form video, Reels, TikTok content, Stories and creative assets.
• Manage community engagement, responding to comments and messages while building meaningful relationships with consumers.
• Work closely with marketing, creative and external partners to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Identify opportunities to work with influencers, creators and brand ambassadors.
• Monitor social media performance, analyse insights and use data to improve engagement, reach and growth.

About You

• Experience in a social media or digital marketing role, ideally within beauty, cosmetics, skincare or personal care.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and emerging social media trends.
• A creative thinker with excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
• Experience planning social media calendars and delivering campaigns from concept through to execution.
• Confident analysing performance metrics and turning insights into actionable ideas.
• Highly organised, proactive and passionate about building brands online.
