Job Title: Entry Level Social Worker Practitioner

Salary: £34,434 to £35,412 per annum

Hours: 37 hours per week

Location: Carlisle

Contract: Permanent

Working within a Mental Health team, responsible for assessing social care needs and delivering person-centred support to individuals and groups across Cumbria. Managing a caseload to coordinate outcomes that promote independence, choice, and wellbeing, while effectively managing risk and working within financial guidelines.
