Care Without Compromise, a Choice Care sister company in Wales, is seeking a Social Care Worker to provide person-centered care to residents with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. Training is provided free of charge, with a clear career path and supportive team.

The role involves shift work and weekends on a rota, with flexible patterns available to fit personal commitments. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds; prior care experience is not necessary as full in-house

Mansioni

• Providing personal care – including bathing, toileting, dressing and help with feeding
• Medication administration
• Assisting and getting involved in residents' daily activities, hobbies or outings
• Following care plan guidance alongside Company policies and procedures
• Developing an open, honest, and considerate working relationship with residents
• Maintaining written daily records
• Attending and completing training, as required
