Care Without Compromise in Wales is looking for Night Social Care Workers to support people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs. You will provide personal care, assist with activities and follow care plans under our clinical team, ensuring dignity and wellbeing for residents.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required; full training provided
• Willingness to learn and develop in social care
• Good communication with residents, colleagues and supervisors
• Reliable, patient and flexible working style

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care such as bathing, toileting, dressing and help with feeding
• Medication administration as directed
• Helping residents participate in daily activities, hobbies or outings
• Following care plans and company policies and procedures
• Developing a respectful, open relationship with residents
• Maintaining accurate written daily records
• Attending and completing training as required
