Care Without Compromise in Wales is seeking a Social Care Worker to support individuals with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs. You will receive in-house, free training and a defined career path from day one.

You will provide personal care, assist with activities, and follow care plans, with shifts including weekends on a rota and flexible patterns to fit personal commitments.

Qualifications

• Welcoming to applicants from any care background.
• In-house training is provided free of charge and a clear career path is set from day one.
• Staff are trained in Positive Behavioural Support and supported to develop their skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care – bathing, toileting, dressing and feeding assistance.
• Medication administration.
• Assisting residents in daily activities, hobbies or outings.
• Following care plans and company policies.
