Choice Care in Wales is seeking dedicated Care Workers to join its Care Without Compromise team. The role involves shift work with weekends on a rota basis, offering flexible patterns to suit personal commitments.

Training is provided in-house, and staff benefit from a range of programs and progression opportunities within the company. The role supports people with learning disabilities, autism, and related needs.

Qualifications

• Patience, reliability, flexibility and good communication are key for a Social Care Worker.
• On-the-job training is provided, with in-house training free of charge.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care – including bathing, toileting, dressing and help with feeding
• Medication administration
• Assisting residents in daily activities, hobbies or outings
• Following care plan guidance and company policies
• Developing open, honest, and considerate relationships with residents
• Maintaining written daily records
• Attending and completing training as required
