Job summary

Choice Care Group is seeking a dedicated Night Social Care Worker in Wales to provide compassionate support for residents with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs. You will receive training to become a skilled professional and contribute to person-centred care.

Shifts include nights and weekends on a rota basis; the role offers flexible patterns to accommodate personal commitments and a range of benefits. Training is provided free of charge.

Qualifications

• Patience and empathy for residents.
• Reliability and flexibility to cover shift patterns.
• Strong communication with team and residents.
• Ability to work as part of a supportive care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, toileting, dressing and helping with feeding.
• Administer prescribed medications following care plans.
• Assist residents with daily activities and community outings.
• Follow care plans and company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate daily written records.
