Base pay range
Hours: 20/30/40
Salary: £12.30 to £12.30 Hour
The role consists of shift work and weekends on a rota basis. Do you need more flexibility? Overview Of The Role
Whether you are new to the industry or have come from a social care background, we welcome your application. We will train and mentor you to become a highly skilled professional. Key duties
- Providing personal care - including bathing, toileting, dressing and help with feeding
- Medication administration
- Assisting and getting involved in residents' daily activities, hobbies or outings
- Following care plan guidance alongside Company policies and procedures
- Developing an open, honest, and considerate working relationship with residents
- Maintaining written daily records
- Attending and completing training, as required

Where will you work?
Chesfield House is a Georgian town house, with excellent parking and within walking distance of Leominster town centre. There is walkable access to leisure facilities, with a gym and swimming pool close by, and the home has a a vehicle for all transport needs. Community participation is encouraged by working closely with ECHO (Extra Choices in Herefordshire) who have their main base in Leominster and are renowned for promoting inclusion for people with special needs. They organise activities that include social events such as discos, night-club events, day-centre meetings and voluntary work placements. Residents are encouraged to develop their own individual lifestyles, acquire new skills and work towards new personal goals. Our trained support staff help them lead as full a life as possible in the community with access to social, recreational, work-based and educational activities.
