Salary: £12.30 to £12.30 Hour
The role consists of shift work and weekends on a rota basis. Do you need more flexibility? Where will you work?
Chesfield House is a Georgian town house, with excellent parking and within walking distance of Leominster town centre. There is walkable access to leisure facilities, with a gym and swimming pool close by, and the home has a vehicle for all transport needs. Community participation is encouraged by working closely with ECHO (Extra Choices in Herefordshire) who have their main base in Leominster and are renowned for promoting inclusion for people with special needs. They organise activities that include social events such as discos, night-club events, day-centre meetings and voluntary work placements. Residents are encouraged to develop their own individual lifestyles, acquire new skills and work towards new personal goals. Our trained support staff help them lead as full a life as possible in the community with access to social, recreational, work-based and educational activities.
